This site is written by someone who actually goes to Siesta Key, not a content farm repeating what other sites already said. Every guide here is based on a real visit, a real conversation with a lifeguard or local, or a detail checked in person — and when something hasn't been verified yet, the page says so directly instead of guessing.

Why this exists

Most beach guides online read like they were written from a desk, somewhere far from the actual sand. This one started because a family trip with kids ranging from 13 to 35 years old turned into the kind of firsthand knowledge — parking realities, restroom locations, what the sand actually feels like — that doesn't show up in a generic listicle.

How this site handles things it hasn't confirmed

A few guides on this site openly say "this hasn't been verified yet" rather than filling in a guess. That's intentional. Getting a detail wrong to sound more complete isn't worth it — better to be upfront and update the page once it's actually been checked in person.
